You may return your OuterCraft products within 30 days after you receiving the products. We will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. We do not accept returns on furniture that is not in new condition, so please be aware of this before you start living with OuterCraft furniture.
If your furniture arrives damaged, don't worry – we're here to help. Please contact our support team immediately (within 30 days of delivery ) with photos and details. Our expert team will work swiftly towards a resolution.
Resolution Process:
1. We'll assess the damage for repair.
2. If repair isn't feasible, we'll offer a full refund or exchange without hassle.
To simplify any future returns or exchanges, please keep the original packaging until you've confirmed you're keeping the item.
Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility:
We accept returns of seating items and soft goods only if they are undamaged, unmodified, and in original condition.
2. Refund Method:
All refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used for purchase.
3. Handling Fees for Non-Manufacturer Issues:
Returns resulting from damage or defects caused after delivery (e.g., customer-induced damage) may incur a handling fee.

4. Color/Hardness Variations:
Slight differences in color shades or firmness levels are considered normal product variations, not defects. While these items may be returned within the policy period, standard return handling fees apply.

② Securely repackage items in original packaging
③ Attach label and ship using our provided instructions
