At OuterCraft, we are committed to delivering your premium outdoor furniture safely and efficiently. Due to the bulk, weight, and architectural craft of our modular suites, orders are shipped via specialized LTL freight carriers—including FedEx Freight—equipped for large residential deliveries.

  • — Order Confirmation: Upon order placement, you will receive an immediate confirmation email containing your order summary and concierge support contact.

We offer specialized freight shipping across the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and overseas territories):

  • — Standard Freight Delivery: Estimated 3 – 9 business days following order dispatch.
  • — Real-Time Tracking: Once your shipment departs our fulfillment center, a FedEx freight tracking number and dedicated carrier link will be issued via email.

To safeguard our 28D high-density core foam and architectural wicker structures, OuterCraft suites are custom-crated and delivered via specialized FedEx Freight trucks:

  • — Advance Appointment Call: The carrier will contact you via phone or email 24–48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a dedicated residential arrival window.
  • — Residential Direct Drop: Freight is delivered securely to your residence or driveway using hydraulic liftgates.
  • — Inspection First: Please review the external crate integrity before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
*Note: Residential freight delivery ensures your palletized shipment is safely brought to your home entrance or driveway. Please arrange for assistance to transport components into your garden sanctuary or patio space.
Freight Transparency & Address Modifications ＋
  • — Zero Hidden Charges: Shipping costs and promotional discounts (such as Complimentary Freight) are calculated and clearly displayed prior to payment completion. There are no surprise handling fees upon delivery.
  • — Address Changes & Cancellations: If you need to adjust your address, please email support@theoutercraft.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once a freight shipment has been dispatched through FedEx, address modifications may incur carrier re-consignment fees.
