At OuterCraft, we are committed to delivering your premium outdoor furniture safely and efficiently. Due to the bulk, weight, and architectural craft of our modular suites, orders are shipped via specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers equipped for large residential deliveries.

  • — Processing Time: All orders are verified, prepared, and packaged within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • — Order Confirmation: Upon order placement, you will receive an immediate confirmation email containing your order summary and concierge support contact.
Shipping Transit Times & Tracking ＋

We offer specialized freight shipping across the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas territories):

  • — Standard Freight Delivery: Estimated 3 – 9 business days following order dispatch.
  • — Real-Time Tracking: Once your shipment departs our fulfillment center, a freight tracking number and dedicated carrier link will be issued via email.
Palletized Freight & Threshold Delivery Protocol ＋

To safeguard our 28D high-density core foam and architectural wicker structures, OuterCraft suites are custom-crated and delivered via specialized liftgate freight trucks:

  • — Advance Appointment Call: The freight carrier will contact you via phone or email 24–48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a dedicated arrival window.
  • — Threshold Safety Drop: Freight is delivered safely to your driveway, garage, or residential threshold using hydraulic liftgates.
  • — Inspection First: Please review the external crate integrity before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
*Note: Threshold delivery ensures your palletized shipment is placed at your property entrance or driveway. Please arrange for assistance to transport components into your outdoor space or garden sanctuary.
Freight Transparency & Address Modifications ＋
  • — Zero Hidden Charges: Shipping costs and promotional discounts (such as Complimentary Freight) are calculated and clearly displayed prior to payment completion. There are no surprise handling fees upon delivery.
  • — Address Changes & Cancellations: If you need to adjust your address, please email support@theoutercraft.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once a freight shipment has been dispatched, address modifications may incur carrier re-consignment fees.
