Our modular seating units arrive pre-welded and fully assembled. Minor setup requires only connecting modular clips to lock your desired patio configuration into place. All required hardware and ergonomic tools are included in your delivery.

Yes. All cushion covers feature heavy-duty concealed zippers for easy removal. They can be spot-cleaned with mild soap and water, or machine-washed on a gentle cycle in cold water. Always air-dry covers completely to preserve the protective weatherproof finish.

To maximize transit efficiency and protect against moisture, cushions are vacuum-compressed in protective inner linings before being custom-crated. Upon unboxing, cushions will expand to 90% of their full volume within 24 hours, achieving complete recovery and optimal 28D density firmness within 48–72 hours.

Every order is inspected before leaving our facility. If your shipment shows exterior transit damage upon threshold arrival, note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt and contact us within 48 hours at support@theoutercraft.com with photos. Our concierge team will dispatch complimentary replacement parts immediately.

Yes. We offer one complimentary exchange or layout configuration update within 30 days of threshold freight delivery. You may request a Fabric Color Swap (exchanging upholstery for an alternate colorway) or a Suite Configuration Update (adjusting seating capacity to match your outdoor space). First-time exchange transit for modified components is 100% complimentary.

To request an exchange, email support@theoutercraft.com with your order number and photos of the pristine items. Our concierge team will review your request, coordinate component dispatch, and guide you through the palletized pickup process. Please ensure all returned pieces are safely secured in original OuterCraft protective materials.

To start a return, email support@theoutercraft.com with your order number. Returns within Days 1–90 are processed under standard terms in pristine condition. Requests from Days 91–365 are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return freight costs as detailed in our Returns Policy.
