Who We Are

Outdoor living should feel like an extension of home — comfortable, refined, and made to endure.

OuterCraft was created around a straightforward idea: outdoor furniture should not force homeowners to choose between weather resistance and everyday comfort. The brand brings the refinement of indoor living into the open air, treating the backyard, patio, deck, poolside and porch as spaces for real daily life — from morning coffee and open-air dinners to long evenings with family and friends.

Our Origin: Eliminating the Compromise

The idea behind OuterCraft began with a familiar frustration. Outdoor furniture often asks for a trade-off: durable but rigid, or comfortable but fragile. OuterCraft was founded to move beyond that dilemma by bringing enduring materials, considered ergonomics, and tactile comfort into one outdoor furniture experience.

Our Design Philosophy: Interior Luxury Meets Exterior Resilience

OuterCraft approaches outdoor sofas as more than decoration. Each collection is designed to Support Your Head, Back & Arms. Key material and construction features include:

• 28D High-Density Core: Built for resilient, supportive seating with an emphasis on long-term shape retention.

• 3D Space-Cotton Multi-Layer Cushioning: A layered cushioning structure designed to provide targeted comfort and lumbar support.

• Weather-Resistant Olefin Textiles: Solution-dyed textiles designed to repel moisture and stains while resisting UV-related color degradation.

• All-Weather Resin & Rust-Free Aluminum: Hand-woven resin wicker is paired with rust-free aluminum frames to create a durable foundation for outdoor use.

Our Team & Craftsmanship Philosophy

OuterCraft specializes in one thing: perfected outdoor sofa sets. Behind each frame, weave, and cushion is a multidisciplinary team of structural engineers, material scientists, and master upholsterers. Based in a dedicated manufacturing facility in Southern China, the team approaches sofa construction as high-performance design for outdoor living.

Dedicated Production & Total Quality Ownership

From design drawings to manufacturing, packaging, and shipment, OuterCraft keeps the production process under close quality control. The focus on sofa research and development is intended to balance structural load-bearing capacity, cushion rebound, and weather resistance. Details such as seam alignment, hidden welds, and tension-balanced weaving undergo multi-point inspection before products leave the workshop.

Designed for Four-Season Outdoor Living

OuterCraft builds its materials and construction around demanding outdoor conditions, including strong sun, frost, and heavy rain. UV-resistant resin wicker, quick-dry foam, solution-dyed Olefin fabrics, and rust-free aluminum work together to create an outdoor seating environment designed for everyday, low-fuss use.
