If an item you purchased from TheOuterCraft.com is discounted on our site within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund you the difference.

  • Note: For pre-sale or pre-order items, the 30-day window begins on the day your order is officially delivered.

2. Lower Prices from Authorized Retailers

If you find the identical TheOuterCraft product—same model, color, and configuration—sold for a lower price by an authorized retailer (such as Amazon) within 30 days of your purchase, we will match that price and refund the difference.

What’s Not Eligible

To maintain fairness and the integrity of our premium collections, we cannot match:

  • Unauthorized Sources: Prices from unauthorized resellers, third-party marketplace vendors (e.g., Walmart Marketplace, eBay), or auction sites.

  • Major Holiday Events: Flash sales or seasonal promotional events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Clearance Liquidation.

How to Request a Price Match

You may submit a request within 30 days of your original purchase date through the following steps:

Step 2: Provide Proof

Please include your Order ID and a direct link (or clear screenshot) to the lower-priced item.

Step 3: Verification & Refund

Our team will verify the claim within 1–3 business days. Once approved, the price difference will be credited back to your original payment method.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Only purchases made directly through TheOuterCraft.com are eligible.

  • Price match refunds are limited to one adjustment per item, per order.

  • The lower-priced item must be currently in stock and identical in brand, model, color, and size.

  • For pre-order items, the 30-day eligibility period is calculated from the delivery date (based on carrier tracking) rather than the purchase date.
